21st Graduation Day

We are glad to inform that the 21st Graduation Day of SRM Valliammai Engineering College has been arranged on 28th June 2026 (Sunday) in Dr. T. P. Ganesan Auditorium. The Candidates who have successfully completed UG/PG programmes offered in SRMVEC during April/May & Nov/Dec 2024 Examinations will receive the Degree/Medals in person on the Graduation Day. The list containing the names of Graduands is published here. The graduands are requested to register their names. The Registered graduands should attend a rehearsal from 9.30 a.m. onwards on 28.06.2026 at the same Auditorium.

Note:

  • Online registration starts on 05.06.2026 and ends on 24.06.2026.
  • Only those who register online will receive their Degree Certificates in person from the Chief Guest on the stage.
  • Reporting on Graduation Day closes strictly at 9.30 a.m. Graduands may please note that Registration after 9.30 a.m. will not be entertained. At the time of Registration collect your Entry pass with seat number.
  • Graduands should bring their Proof of Identity.
  • Reception/ Help Desk will be kept at the entrance of the Dr. T. P. Ganesan Auditorium (Main) entrance.
  • Graduands have to occupy their respective seats for the rehearsal at 9.30 a.m. with the appropriate academic costume (Formal Dress Code is Mandatory).
  • Graduands who are participating in the rehearsal will only be allowed to receive the degree on the stage.
  • Photography: Authorized photographers will be available at the Auditorium. Graduands may download their photos from the college Social media (Facebook/Instagram/X) on the next day.
  • Academic Gowns: Academic Gowns may be hired from the vendor approved for the purpose, who will be present at the venue on 28.06.2026 at 8.00 a.m. onwards. Graduands may please note that cap does not form part of the approved dress.
  • Graduands are informed to keep their Cellular phones on silent mode during the ceremony.
  • Children are not permitted inside the auditorium.
  • Lunch will be provided.
