As you once sat in classrooms and across the campus dreaming of a bright future, we hope those dreams have taken shape in your professional and personal journeys. Now is the perfect moment to reconnect, relive your college memories, and celebrate how far you’ve come.

We are delighted to invite all alumni of batches 2003 to 2023 to the Annual Alumni Meet – SHIMMER 2025, scheduled on 14.12.2025 (Sunday) at 10.00 A.M. This gathering offers a wonderful opportunity to revisit your alma mater, meet old friends, interact with faculty members, and share your achievements and experiences.

Election Notification

Greetings of the Day!

I, on behalf of the Election Officer, Dr.M. Anbuchezhiyan, wish all the Alumni Members and their families good health and happiness.

I have been directed by the Election Officer to inform that the process of electing Office-bearers of the Executive Committee of SRM Valliammai Engineering College Alumni Association for the year 2025-2028, as decided by the Executive Committee Meeting held on 26th June 2025, commences according to the following schedule:-

  1. Notification of Election                                  04.11.2025 Tuesday
  2. Last date for the receipt of nominations         25.11.2025 Tuesday
  3. Verification of nominations                            29.11.2025 Saturday
  4. Last date for withdrawl of nominations          06.12.2025 Saturday
  5. Publish the Slate                                             08.12.2025 Monday
  6. Declaration of results                                      14.12.2025 Sunday

Office-bearers of the Executive Committee will be elected every three years by the Alumni Members through online election, as per Bye Law 7.

Call for Nomination – The process for Nomination will be through emails as under:-

(1)   Nominations for the post of Office-bearers are invited in the prescribed nomination form enclosed herewith.

(2)    Nomination Form can be downloaded from the college web site https://srmvalliammai.ac.in/alumni or click the link and fill the nomination form
